About DHOOP

DHOOP connects households in Rudrapur with verified electricians, plumbers, carpenters, cooks and home help — so that finding someone trustworthy for a job at home does not depend on a phone number passed around a WhatsApp group.

Who we are

DHOOP is operated by DHOOP INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and incorporated on 4 June 2026. Our registered corporate identity number is U63120UT2026PTC021622, which can be checked against the public MCA register by anyone.

We are a young company, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we publish about ourselves is limited to what can be independently verified: our registration, our service area, and how we vet the people we send to your door. We do not publish customer counts, ratings or testimonials we cannot substantiate.

Our wider aim is stated in our tagline — Workforce Access Infrastructure for India. In practice that means two things at once: households get someone reliable, and skilled workers get steady, dignified access to work that does not depend on who they happen to know.

How we verify every professional

The problem with hiring help at home is rarely finding somebody. It is knowing whether the person who turns up is who they said they were, and having somewhere to go if the work is wrong. That is the part DHOOP exists to fix, and it is the same process for every trade we list.

  1. Government ID check

    Every professional is identified against a government-issued ID before they are eligible to take a booking. Anyone who cannot be identified does not get listed.

  2. Background verification

    Identity and address details are verified, and the professional's history with DHOOP is tracked against the work they actually complete.

  3. Skill assessment

    Professionals are listed only for the trades they are actually assessed for. An electrician is not offered to you as a carpenter because the category happened to be open.

  4. Ongoing accountability

    Verification is not a one-time gate. Work is tracked after the job, and a professional who stops meeting the standard stops receiving bookings.
